France is showing strong momentum in AI and quantum technologies, with world-class scientific expertise, innovative startups, and national initiatives like TQCI leading the way. In this context, sovereignty matters more than ever. Europe must assert its technological independence to remain competitive and resilient in a rapidly changing geopolitical environment. Developing sovereign solutions is not only an economic and innovation issue — it’s also about security, strategic autonomy, and protecting our future. To rise to these challenges, talent development is critical. Companies — especially SMEs — need support in navigating their digital transformation, and this means investing in the right training, at scale. Teratec is fully committed to these efforts: promoting tech careers, working closely with students and educators, and helping businesses adapt and adopt the technologies that will shape tomorrow.
