Biography: Victor Martin is in charge of the Digital Competence Center for Electricity at TotalEnergies R&D in Saclay, France, and coordinates the company's digital activities in simulation, optimization, AI and computation. Victor has been with TotalEnergies since 2003. After a career as a geophysicist in several countries, starting in seismic processing in Pau, he specialized in technical team management roles in seismic imaging, advanced AI projects in the USA and coordination of cyber and digital roadmaps in the Americas division before returning to France in his current role. Victor is an alumnus of the Ecole Normale Supérieure PSL, holds a PhD in Earth Sciences from the Université Paris-Saclay and is a former auditor of the IHEDN, majoring in cybersecurity and digital sovereignty. |

Biography: Charles Huot is a DATA and Innovation entrepreneur with over 30 years' operational experience in the management of Data & High Tech Software environments. Today, he heads the company People in the Sun, which supports organizations on their journey to exploit and add value to their data. It was as part of one of these missions that he collaborated with ECLAIRION on the development of a high-density collocation data center in the Paris region. In 2020, he co-founded HYDRIA for the development of similar projects in North America, of which he became president. Charles is also Chairman of the Cap Digital competitiveness cluster, an association that brings together economic and research players in the Ile de France and Haut de France regions to promote collaborative digital innovation. Charles is a member of the Institute of Cognitive Sciences at the University of Quebec in Montreal, a lecturer at the Ecole de Guerre Economique in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, and since October 2020 a member of the board of directors of the Institut Géographique National. |
