OneTech’s mission is to provide the technical, scientific and digital expertise to support TotalEnergies’ industrial activities, improve the performance of our assets, and drive the Company’s technological ambition.

Within OneTech, the Digital Line is focused on leading the Company’s digital transformation by coordinating initiatives across the operational branches, rolling out the data and digital technology capabilities of the future, and developing applications to meet the Company’s business needs through the TotalEnergies Digital Factory.

Frédéric Gimenez joined the Total Group in 1994 in the Downstream Division (Refining & Marketing activities) after working in IT application development and support. He held several positions in Europe, where he assisted in transforming the Company’s IT organizations.

In 2012, he was appointed CIO of the newly created Refining & Chemicals operational branch before becoming Group CIO in 2015.

In 2018, he became SVP Corporate Affairs and a member of Refining & Chemicals’ Management Committee.

In September 2019, he became Chief Digital Officer of TotalEnergies and TotalEnergies Digital Factory Managing Director.

He was appointed to his current position in August 2025.
