Cristos Datiskas, Programme Manager, EuroHPC

Biography: Dr. Christos Datsikas is a Programme Manager and Project Officer at the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU). He works on some of Europe’s most demanding digital infrastructure files where HPC, AI and secure connectivity meet, covering AI Factories services, AI-optimised supercomputer procurements and implementation follow-up, the Hyperconnectivity Network-as-a-Service initiative, and the Alice Recoque exascale acquisition. Before joining EuroHPC JU, he worked at the European Commission (DG CONNECT) on future connectivity systems and spectrum policy. He holds a PhD in Telecommunications and combines policy and hands-on delivery experience, focusing on trusted technology choices that strengthen European autonomy, transparency and data protection.
